杨继国，笔名:镇铭、京侨，生于1942年3月。原籍四川省雅安市，因五粮液和茅台两大酒文化工程，自1988年春定居于成都市郫都区至今。
是一位集文学、书法、绘画、雕塑、实用工艺美术等技识于一身的文化艺术家。从业50余年来，面世作品早超万件。一支笔几乎独挑了五粮液和茅台两大酒文化工程中的文学和书法两大项。《茅台国文化城》的环境艺术统筹和所有布展工程的文字脚本均为其撰修;并率队毫不间断地以超17年的时光，完成了该两大酒文化工程的骨干工程。仅五粮液和茅台所展存的词、赋、文章和扁、联、屏碑等作品:即达数千件之多,可谓:成就与两大酒文化工程同在!实为东方民族文化艺术留下了永存于世的丰厚积淀。国邮部门已为其出版了素有国家名片之称的专集邮册三辑。作品每次参与各种级别的展出活动均获金奖。
现为中国工艺美术学会:书画、雕塑两委会员，北京书法家协会会员，全国书画艺术委员会主席，北京华夏巨匠书画院主席。

The overall planning of environmental art and the script of all exhibition arrangement projects of Maotai Chinese culture city were written and revised for him; And led the team to complete the backbone projects of the two major wine culture projects in more than 17 years. There are only thousands of Ci, Fu, articles, Bian, Lian, Pingbei and other works exhibited in Wuliangye and Maotai. It can be said that the achievements are with the two major wine culture projects!
